General Shipping Information We ship using Fedex, and for our AK and HI customers we offer USPS to help keep shipping costs down. The freight quote you receive during checkout is complete and includes the cost charged by the shipping carrier to transport your package and insurance against loss and damage. Most orders ship out within 1 business day, and we do give priority to expedited shipments (Express Saver, 2nd day, Overnight).
Address Errors/Corrections We expect you know where we should send your package, so please double check the address you give us. In the event of an error, you will be responsible for any fees we are charged by the shipping carrier, and the cost to re-ship the item to the correct address. We really hate when this happens, so please verify your shipping address so it goes to the right place the first time around!
Carrier Days of Delivery Please be aware FedEx doesn't count weekends as days in transit in most cases. If your shipment is time critical we recommend checking with us or the carrier around any holiday where the carrier might not be operating. Feel free to check with us if you have questions or need reassurance regarding package delivery.
Other Issues If you have any other questions please contact us PRIOR to ordering. A lot of issues are easily handled before an order ships, but become much harder to deal with after your order has shipped.
Signature Required Delivery We require an adult signature for the delivery of some items. If this is a possible issue for you, please contact us prior to ordering so we can work out an alternate solution. If you feel there is a significant risk of a package being stolen from your property, we recommend shipping it to a different address. If this is not possible please contact us and we'll add it to your order.
