Returns

At Slim's we want you to get exactly what you are looking for.  We understand sometimes that doesn't happen the first time, so if you need to return something, here's our policy:

Standard Returns
You ordered the wrong item or don't like what you received
  • Please inform us within 15 days of receipt of your order that you need to return it
  • Please keep the item in the same condition in which you received it including the packaging.  If you cut a manufacturer's seal or remove shrink wrap, install, wear, or use an item we can't accept it for return
  • Please wait for a return authorization to send an item back.  Upon approval we'll send you return authorization information
  • Upon receipt and inspection you will be issued store credit or a refund to your credit card.  Restocking fees may apply if the item is not in the same condition it was when we sent it to you.  Return shipping is your responsibility, and there is no refund on the original shipping charge.
Defective Items
The item you received didn't arrive like it was supposed to
  • Please first contact the manufacturer to see if they are able to resolve the situation.  If they are not able to resolve it to your liking, please contact us within 15 days and we'll arrange to have the item replaced.  If it has been more than 15 days since you received it you will need to work directly with the manufacturer.
Damaged in Transit
The item was damaged during shipping
  • If the shipping box is visibly damaged, please inform your carrier the item may be damaged
  • Please hold on to all packaging and shipping boxes and contact us immediately so we can begin processing an insurance claim.
  • Once the claim is processed we will ship a replacement out at no extra charge
Other Situations
Situations not classified above
  • If you received the wrong item and it was our mistake, please let us know immediately so we can get you the right item.  We will correct our mistake.
  • We do not accept ammunition for returns due to safety concerns.
  • Other extenuating circumstances may be approved for return at our discretion.  We're people too, we'll do our best to try to work out a deal that's amicable for all parties.
