Overview We operate M-F, with the exception of most major holidays. If you have a time sensitive order around a holiday, check with us regarding shipping times. All credit cards are charged at the time you submit your order for the full balance of the order. If you have a question about the status of your order don't hesitate to contact us and we'll personally check on it for you.
Once we review your order and verify the information, we'll send it to our shipping department who will gather your order from the warehouse shelves and put it into a box and prepare it for shipping. Most orders received by 10AM will ship the same day, with most other orders shipping the next business day.
Backorders We update our online stock hourly. In the unlikely event an item is not in stock when we are preparing your order, we'll offer you the choice to substitute a different item, cancel with no penalty, or wait for the next shipment to come in.
Cancellations We hope to keep your business, but if you change your mind or need something different, we understand, it's happened to us too! As long as we can find and catch your order before it's packaged we will cancel your order with no penalty. If the order has shipped you will need to return it and the process will be bound by our return policy.
Fraudulent Orders All information associated with fraudulent orders will be submitted to local law enforcement and we will prosecute thieves to the fullest extent of the law.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order.
